Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for refundable tickets as per airline policy.
Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
Bookings with Low-Cost Carriers are not eligible for booking fee refunds.
For non-refundable tickets, airlines may provide future travel credit, subject to their policies.
Additional airline penalties and processing fees may apply.

Rebooking Charges

Rebooking may incur an airline change fee of USD 100 – USD 300.
If the new fare is higher, you must pay the fare difference.

Compliance Policy

No refunds for unused credits if a ticket is canceled due to a compliance issue.
We reserve the right to disable or cancel any booking found in breach of our terms.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks result in ticket cancellation and service deactivation.
To resolve, contact support and you may need to repurchase the order.
